I am committed to supplying my customers with a quality product which is sourced sustainably, I buy certified timber with the highest certifications of environmental quality.

The wood is sourced from a company whose trading will also be within the EUTR which aims to stop illegal timber entering the EU.

EUTR stands for European Union Timber Regulation which aims to stop the placing of illegally harvested timber on the EU market. 

I protect the wood with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C.  The product molecularly bonds with the wood fibres in the surface to be treated and thus protects and colours wood in a single layer.  It avoids overlaps and gives long lasting protection.  Its safe and ecological with 0% VOC.  It is a high quality environmentally friendly wood protection, made from durable raw material to recycled packaging. 

I also produce my own handmade beeswax product with a food grade oil to coat and protect all my chopping/charcuterie boards.
